Instead, experience Elinates workout method which mixes low - impact aerobics with pilates style exercisers to get you a lean, flexible body and to help you tone (strengthen) your entire core. It is 45 min. long and divided into two 20 min. segments (standing low – impact aerobics and pilates exercises which done lying down). No equipment required. Elinates Workout 1 can be either done separately or together with other Elinates Workouts to get the best possible results.
